How to pick the right dashboard layout
Flinvo offers several dashboard layouts designed for different roles and moments. Find the one that fits your work style.
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Flinvo. That's why we built different layouts depending on what matters to you in the morning: a general view, money, what to do, or AI hints.
The four layouts
- Overview — general view: this month's revenue, open tasks, invoices to collect. Default for new accounts.
- Finance (Smart) — money focus: income vs expenses, cash flow forecast, top clients by revenue.
- Productivity — work focus: today's tasks, upcoming events, estimated hours in the calendar.
- Smart AI (Smart) — AI-generated insights: unusual trends, at-risk clients, pricing suggestions.
How to switch layout
- 1Open the Dashboard.
- 2Click the layout switcher in the top right and pick Overview, Finance, Productivity or Smart AI.
- 3Your choice is remembered for your account: next time you'll find the same layout.
If you're a pure freelancer, Productivity in the morning + Finance at month end is the most common combo. If an accountant follows you, Finance is the one that gives them the clearest read on your numbers.
Individual cards are not yet customisable. A composable dashboard is on the roadmap for a future update.
