Acceptance of terms

By using Flinvo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

Flinvo is a SaaS platform for managing clients, invoices, tasks, and calendar, designed for freelancers and professionals. The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes and updates.

User account

You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if there is unauthorized access.

Subscription and payments

Flinvo offers various subscription plans:

• The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings

User content

You retain full ownership of all data and content you enter on the platform (clients, invoices, tasks, etc.). Flinvo does not claim any rights over your content and does not use it for purposes other than providing the service.

Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the operation of the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Limitation of liability

Flinvo is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In case of cancellation, you will be able to export your data before final removal.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
